Frequently asked questions. Do you require a deposit? Yes, we require a $50.00 deposit due when making your reservation.
What if I decide to cancel? Rental deposit will be refunded to you if we receive notice of cancellation 7 days or more prior to your scheduled event. If cancellation is made within 6 days or less your deposit is non-refundable.
What happens in the event or rain, bad weather or heavy winds in excess of 25 mph? You must call Everything Amusement Rental at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled event time to discuss the weather conditions and determine if a reschedule is needed.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept cash, certified checks, money orders and credit cards.
When is the balance due? Balance is due at the time of delivery.

Cancellation policy Full refund given if cancellation is made within 7 days of event.
Rain Policy You must call Everything Amusement Rental at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled event to discuss your weather concerns.
All applicants will be required to sign a Release of Liability form upon delivery of equipment.

The stated capacity should never be exceeded. The capacity of the inflatable bouncer is as follows: Small Children: 6-8 Medium Children: 4-6 Teens or Adults: 2-4
Remove shoes , loose or sharp objects including glasses and dangling jewelry. Food, drinks, gum, silly string, horseplay or flipping is strictly prohibited in unit. In case of rain and lightning, have children exit the bouncer and turn the unit off. In case of loss of power to unit, have children exit bouncer then check power source to ensure connection. If there is a problem with the bouncer, please contact Everything Amusement Rental immediately. NEVER LEAVE UNIT UNATTENDED. ALWAYS OPERATE UNDER ADULT SUPERVISION.
